Synthetic coated gloves are considered by many to be the gloves of the new millennium. They are obtained by applying a coating (polyurethane, nitrile, latex, etc.) to a base material that can be synthetic or of natural origin. Synthetic coated gloves combine then the technical features and comfort of the base material with the resistance and durability given by the successive coating process. The result is a glove capable to effectively replace traditional gloves, especially in presence of liquids, oils and hydrocarbons or when an excellent grip is required.

POLYURETHANE COATING

Poligrip gloves combine the flexibility, comfort and tactile sensitivity of the base material (seamless 100% Polyamide) with a thin polyurethane film that provides an excellent resistance to abrasion and a safe grip even on wet surfaces. The polyamide seamless fabric perfectly fits your hand, thus allowing an easy fitting. Poligrip articles are lint-free and do not stain the product, they are breathable and permeable and they are characterized by an extraordinary dexterity.

NITRILE COATING

Nitrilgrip gloves are composed of a lining made of 100% Polyamide seamless fabric, which allows an easy fit and excellent comfort, and a nitrile coating slightly thicker than that in polyurethane. This one maintains a good elastic memory and allows the glove to remain flexible and to provide excellent resistance to abrasion at the same time. Nitrilgrip products offer great safety even in work situations where oils and slippery substances are present. The nitrile compound ensures a valid barrier against the passage of hydrocarbons, allowing the hand to remain clean.

NITRILE FOAM COATING

This line comes from the need to obtain gloves with synthetic polymer coatings, capable to offer a fully breathable surface. The particular compound of Nitrile Foam is made from a base of Nitrile associated with a small amount of Polyurethane. As a result, you get an elastic and water-repellent glove with excellent comfort and breathability, while maintaining unchanged the characteristics of gloves in nitrile compound.

LATEX COATING

Technograb products are characterized by a special latex rubber coating that makes the gloves extremely flexible, comfortable and durable. Their distinguishing feature is the incredible non-slip grip determined also by the particular finish of the coating, even in the presence of liquids or when handling slippery and abrasive objects. The polyester support allows maximum adaptability and great safety in all working environments.

PROTECTION FROM COLD

Coldgrab gloves are made of a special thermal fiber, in Lycra® and Acrylic, able to protect the user from extreme cold conditions (up to -50°C); moreover, the special seamless material makes the gloves more resistant to wear and potential lacerations.

NBR COATING

NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) is a synthetic rubber obtained by copolymerizing acrylonitrile with butadiene. This particular coating protects from oils, fats, hydrocarbons and derivatives, not allowing these to come into contact with the hand and ensuring excellent abrasion resistance. The jersey cotton, lined internally, allows a great comfort of the fit as well as sweat absorption. Hi-nitril gloves are intended for tough applications such as, for example, in heavy industry, in road maintenance and waste collection.

UHMWPE CUT-RESISTANT GLOVES

Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a hightech material of the same chemical family of HDPE, from which it stands out for its superior mechanical performance. In particular, UHMWPE reaches higher levels of cut resistance and wear resistance, without compromising flexibility and dexterity. Katana line represents the new benchmark in the field of cutresistant gloves.
